Documentation:

We would like to receive details of the medical treatment you have undergone so far. These details will include your current medical status, treatment and medicines prescribed and medical reports.

Food Guide:

We take complete care of our patients’ through their stay with us. We make sure you get a diet that helps you recover faster. We have a 24*7 kitchen service, which will serve you food at the right intervals. Our meal plan:
  • Morning Tea 7 am to 7:30 am
  • Breakfast 8 am to 8:30 am
  • Soup 11:00 am
  • Lunch from 12 pm to 1:30 pm
  • Tea 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • Evening Tea Coffee or Soup 7:30 pm
  • Dinner 8:00 pm

Clinical Evaluation:

once received, these reports are evaluated by our clinicians. The treatment advised along with an estimate/ package will be sent to you (within 24 hours). Details of recovery post treatment, precautions and any other special instructions regarding lifestyle will be sent as well.
A tele- consultation with the super specialist for the patient can also be arranged. Remember to carry all medical records such as X-rays, Scans, MRI, prescriptions with you.

VISA ASSISTANCE:

Once you confirm your visit to our facility for medical treatment, we will send a visa invitation letter to the Indian Embassy in your country. A copy of the letter will be marked to you.

Medical Visa Necessities:

If you are an overseas traveler, not from Bangladesh or Pakistan, and you carry a Medical Visa, get yourself registered at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office. We request you to do this within 14 days (2 weeks) of arriving in India. If you are patient from Pakistan or Bangladesh, get yourself registered at the nearest Police Station or the Commissioner’s Office within 24 hours of your arrival in the country.
